Placing Order

After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order. Please make sure you list your billing address exactly how it appears on your statement to avoid any delays in processing. Once payment has been received, and availability of the product you have ordered is verified, and your order is accepted, we will send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right before sending an order confirmation email to reject or cancel your order in our sole discretion. If we decline or cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you by email, and if your payment card has been already charged, we will refund a full amount to you via your original payment method.

Order Cancelation

Please contact us by email or by phone for your order cancellation. We can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method. We will send you a refund confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Return Your Order

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the postage and handling costs of the returned products. We will issue a full refund less shipping cost for items that are returned in the original condition as shipped. You will receive a refund email when your refund is processed. Refunds to your credit card may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your credit card statement. If you received an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service department.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer several shipping methods for your order. Depending on a product weight, dimensions, value, and a delivery location, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method from the available options. Usually, 2-3 options will be available. A small percentage of orders may have only one shipping method available. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email, informing you of the tracking number (if available). We ship from New York, most orders within the US are received within 1-8 business days.

USPS Retail Ground, 2 -8 Business Days

Flat Rate, 3-8 Business Days

Free Shipping (for the orders over $80), 3-8 Business Days


The taxes we charge are based on state and local tax laws of the delivery address, this applies to taxes on shipping and handling charges. Craft Zone, LLC does not remit sale tax to states other than NY. Taxes will be charged to NY residents. If you return an item for a refund, that refund includes the NY taxes you paid for the item. There is no refund for taxes paid on shipping and handling.

Privacy Policy

We do not share customer details with outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business. Your credit card information is never kept in our store, it is collected and stored securely by our trusted third-party payment gateway provider. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. Your privacy is always important to us.
